Domestic (Greece)

  • Courier: Γενική Ταχυδρομική

  • Shipping cost: 3,5€

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (may vary for remote areas)

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped

European Union (EU)

  • Courier: DHL

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout and shown before payment

  • Duties/Taxes: Orders within the EU generally do not incur customs duties; local VAT rules may apply

International (outside EU)

  • Courier: DHL

  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch (country-dependent)

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Duties/Taxes: Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

General Terms

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • Address changes cannot be made after dispatch

  • If your parcel is marked “delivered” by the courier but you did not receive it, please first contact the courier and then email us at mytwearables@covaclub.com with your order number
